THE IMPORTANCE OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HEALTH PROTOCOLS FOR THE PREVENTION OF COVID-19 TRANSMISSION IN NON-MEDICAL STUDENTS OF SURABAYA, INDONESIA

Lack of public compliance with the implementation health protocol activities in daily life has resulted increased cases Covid-19 Indonesia, so government issued latest policy regarding protocol, namely 6M, which consists wearing masks, maintaining hand hygiene, distance, reducing mobility, staying away from crowds, and avoid eating together. This study aims to educate make more aware importance protocols during pandemic. research used total sampling method. The target counseling was non-medical students Surabaya who took part educational by filling out complete pre-test post-test questions. results obtained were an increase average score (17.26 points) on tests filled before after presentation a value p<0.001 (p<0.05), 34 them showed higher scores. From data that 92 samples, there significant difference knowledge about 6M online given as evidenced between post-test.
